KEYWORDS
"Keywords" are specific words or phrases that are used
to search for Brokers. A search looks for these words in the name of all
participating brokers and if it finds them, pulls it up for a user to take a
look at--it's the same way you do research on the Internet The more keywords
that are used--the more closely the results will match to what you're really
looking for. For example, if you type the word 'Business' into a search engine,
you'll get literally millions of sites back at you. But if you type the word
'Sunbelt Business Brokers', you're going to get much fewer and much more useful
results.

Tips for using keywords
You can use any mix of upper and lower case characters;
the keyword field isn't case sensitive.
Skip using such common words as a , an, as, etc. and punctuation marks--period
(.), semi-colon (;), colon (:). The search ignores them. So if you typed Word
for Windows, you could get back that plus Word and Windows.
If you really want to use common words and punctuation in your search, then you
need to enclose them in double quotes, for example "Word for Windows".

BROKER ID
Broker ID's allow you to get more information about a
Broker than ever before. The Broker ID is predominantly display in our
directory. You can keep track of the Broker's that interested you. The next
time you need to find them, you can perform faster searches by entering the
listed Broker ID into the dedicated search box on Bestdine.com. You then have
access to additional information about that Broker, the company, the broker's
businesses for sale, and your search will be faster!

CITY
Location choices are optional. If you type in a city,
our system will return all brokers who are located in that city. Additionally,
you can use "City List" tool. It will list all cities for which there is a
broker listing.

STATE
Location choices are optional. If you select a state,
our system will return all brokers who are located in that State. Additionally,
you can choose "All Others" for state or regions not found in the list. Please
bear in mind that all states and regions in the drop down list will be
excluded.
